What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 7 months ago
We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!
Some items break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.
If your order arrived damaged you can contact us to request a replacement within 30 days of the order being placed.
If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the box, or to the items in the box, you can request a replacement by contacting the Cellutrex Customer Service Team.
Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Cellutrex Customer Service Team or packages that are “Returned to Sender” may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address are not our responsibility to refund or replace.
